Weigh-off

What does a knitter say when she puts the first sock on the scales = 59 grams. And then puts the remainder of the yarn on the scales = 52 grams?

Well, let's say it doesn't rhyme with Christmas. Although a few words from the Pogues' song might apply.

:S

Frogged back up past the heel, minus 1 repeat on the leg and onwards we go with the Vintage Sock... I've got the pattern in my head now, so the socks should be finished this weekend...

Dat is flijnk balen. Ik ken het garen niet. Maar heb je niet een restje liggen dat erbij past. dan zou je de tenen daarin kunnen breien dat geeft weer iets apparts

That's weird about the weight! I can figure a difference if one sock weighs 52g and the other 53g, but THAT much of a difference if bizarre! You copied the exact same thing for both socks??? No extra rows or anything???

Na, I only knit the first sock, the other was the ball of yarn, just to check whether I had enough for the second sock... Lucky I hadn't started knitting that one yet...
